Data Deletion Instructions

Replaychi lets businesses connect their own Instagram Business account so that replies to comments and direct messages can be sent automatically. You can remove your data at any time using either option below.

Option 1 — Disconnect and delete from inside Replaychi

1. Log in at https://replychi.chat/login.
2. Open Channels and click ✕ next to your Instagram account. This immediately revokes our stored access token and stops all automations for that account.
3. To delete everything else (contacts, conversations, automations, knowledge base), send us a deletion request as described in Option 2.

Option 2 — Request full deletion by email

Email replychi.chat@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your Instagram username or the email you use to log in. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Option 3 — Remove the app from Instagram

In the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Replaychi and tap Remove. This revokes our access on Instagram’s side; to also erase data we already stored, use Option 2.

What is deleted

• Instagram access tokens and connected account identifiers (username, account ID)
• Comments and direct messages received through the connected account
• Contacts, conversations, leads and automation settings
• Your login email and account

We do not sell or share this data with third parties. Message text is sent to an AI model only to generate a reply and is not used for training.

راهنمای حذف داده‌ها

ریپلایچی به کسب‌وکارها امکان می‌دهد اکانت Business اینستاگرام خودشان را وصل کنند تا پاسخ کامنت‌ها و دایرکت‌ها خودکار ارسال شود. هر زمان بخواهید می‌توانید داده‌هایتان را حذف کنید:

۱. قطع اتصال از داخل ریپلایچی

وارد حساب شوید ← صفحه کانال‌ها ← دکمه ✕ کنار اکانت اینستاگرام. توکن دسترسی فوراً حذف و همه اتومیشن‌های آن اکانت متوقف می‌شود.

۲. درخواست حذف کامل با ایمیل

به replychi.chat@gmail.com ایمیل بزنید (موضوع: «Data deletion request») و نام کاربری اینستاگرام یا ایمیل ورودتان را بنویسید. حساب و همه داده‌های مرتبط حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز حذف و از طریق ایمیل تأیید می‌شود.

۳. حذف اپ از خود اینستاگرام

اینستاگرام ← Settings ← Website permissions ← Apps and websites ← Replaychi ← Remove. برای پاک شدن داده‌های ذخیره‌شده، روش ۲ را هم انجام دهید.

چه چیزهایی حذف می‌شود

توکن‌ها و شناسه اکانت اینستاگرام، کامنت‌ها و پیام‌های دریافتی، مخاطبین، گفتگوها، سرنخ‌ها، تنظیمات اتومیشن، و ایمیل و حساب کاربری شما.
